Thodoris Lykouris

I am a postdoctoral researcher at Microsoft Research NYC in the Machine Learning group. I obtained my Ph.D. in the Computer Science department of Cornell University where I had the privilege of being advised by Éva Tardos. Prior to that, I received my Diploma in EECS from National Technical University of Athens.

I am broadly interested in machine learning, algorithms, optimization, and economics. In particular, I am mostly working on online decision making for multi-agent systems with an emphasis on a) obtaining improved performance guarantees utilizing nice structures in the data in a robust manner and b) addressing issues that arise due to the multi-agent nature of these systems.

My Ph.D. research was supported in part by a Google Ph.D. Fellowship and a Cornell University Fellowship.
